Processing

Orders are usually prepared within 1–3 business days. You will receive an order confirmation after checkout and a shipping confirmation when your order has been dispatched.

Delivery estimates

Standard delivery is estimated at 7–20 business days after dispatch. This is an estimate rather than a guarantee. Customs processing, carrier disruption, severe weather and peak-season demand can cause delays.

Free shipping and destinations

Free standard shipping is available to destinations supported at checkout. Enter your delivery address at checkout to confirm availability. We do not currently ship to every country.

Tracking and split shipments

Tracking is provided where the carrier supports it. Items may occasionally arrive in separate parcels. If that happens, you will not be charged additional shipping.

Customs and address accuracy

Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes or customs charges imposed by their destination. Please check your delivery address carefully before ordering. Contact us immediately if you notice an error; we cannot guarantee address changes after fulfilment begins.

Damaged, incorrect or missing items

Inspect your order when it arrives and contact us within 7 days if anything is damaged, incorrect or missing. Include your order number and clear photos so we can arrange the right resolution.

Returns and cancellations

Contact us before returning anything so we can confirm eligibility and provide the correct return instructions. If you need to cancel an order, contact us immediately. Cancellation may not be possible after fulfilment has started.
