Terms of service

These Terms of Service govern purchases from and use of the Shinsei online store. By using the store or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Store use

You must provide accurate information and use the store only for lawful purposes. You may not interfere with the store, misuse its content or attempt fraudulent transactions.

Products and availability

We make reasonable efforts to display product images, colours, descriptions and prices accurately. Small colour, printing or production variations may occur. Products are subject to availability, and we may limit or cancel quantities where reasonably necessary.

Orders, prices and payment

An order is accepted when we send confirmation that it has been accepted or fulfilled. We may cancel an order affected by an obvious pricing error, suspected fraud, payment failure or unavailable stock and will refund any amount collected for the cancelled items. Prices and payments are shown in the currency displayed at checkout.

Shipping, returns and refunds

Delivery is governed by our Shipping policy. Returns, cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund policy.

Intellectual property

The Shinsei name, storefront design, written content and original store materials may not be copied, reproduced or commercially exploited without permission. Product names and character references may belong to their respective rights holders.

Third-party services

The store uses third-party services, including Shopify and payment, fulfilment and delivery providers. Their services may be governed by separate terms and privacy notices.

Liability and consumer rights

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Shinsei is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the store. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded, including rights under applicable New Zealand consumer law.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms by publishing a revised version. These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.
